How to get a refund from Olivia Jewelry

I ordered a bracelet with two clip on charms. After two weeks there was no shipping info so asked to cancel the order. A lady called Mary advised that the item was custom made and production of my item had started so I could not cancel. Mary must be the only person working in customer service as it seems she contacts everyone.... or there is a full team of people who use the name Mary for the communication. Anyway, I emailed them and advised that under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel an order before it's shipped, and you have a right to cancel most online purchases from the moment you place the order up to 14 days after receiving the goods. I also advised that at no point did they take measurements from me for any customisation which is required for custom jewellery. I also advised that I had informed my bank and reported their communication to scamwatch.gov.au and that any attempt to deliver the item would be rejected - within 24 hours I had an email back from the lovely Mary to advise my order was cancelled and the refund processed. I hope this information is helpful to others who are trying to deal with this scam organisation.
