DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE - DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHAT YOU GET IS MORE FOR A KID THAN AN ADULT!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP YOU AT ALL. WHAT A WAIST OF MONEY!!!!The Bracelet I ordered was nice in pictures but when I received it, the bracelet is clearly for children and not for an adult, It is very tight fitting, I sent and email to customer service and Mary advised that the bracelet was customized and could not be returned - I advised them that just because an initial was added to the bracelet, how can this be considered customized. I did not want to return it but simply wanted some links added to it. They said that they were not able to do this as it would comprise its integrity!!!!!!!!!!!!This bracelet was a gift for a special person at work. I definitely look bad in front of my peers for ordering such an EMBARRASSING GIFT!
