I bought this ring and thought it would last forever, one day I was shopping and it randomly broke in half. I took a picture and sent it to customer support, Mary replied back at first she wanted to issue me a replacement and then she did her "checks" and she refused me a refund and a replacement because she claims that they already sent me 2 replacements. But I only received one replacement. I HAVE PICTURES OF THIS PLEASE DO NOT BUY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IF I COULD GIVE MINUS ONE STAR I WOULD, THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY RATINGS
