I ordered "Be kind ...of a badass" for a good friend weeks before Christmas. For some reason (on Dec 26!) I got "Be kind... of a b****. I don't know if the select buttons were confusing or if I misread the "****"s, but that would be a very different message to my friend. It took several days to get a response and I had to send it back at my own expense. Return shipping costs a more than a third of the purchase - almost $25 USD and was a major hassle. Never again!
