If I could give it ZERO stars I would. I ordered 2 necklaces for my daughter on December 1st and now it's Christmas night and I still have not received anything. I demanded tracking information a few days ago, which they sent to me. It had some weird international shipping and then a final USPS tracking number. The products just arrived to the US...with no city/state destination. I went to the post office and gave them the USPS tracking number and before even looking it up, the postal worker said it didn't look legit. Sure enough, after putting it into their system, that number does not exist and is not a USPS tracking number.I have requested to cancel this order and receive a full refund. They answered me back and stated that I will receive the jewelry by the 27th and until I "get it", I cannot get a refund of any kind. I have ZERO faith that I will receive any package ever. This company is a total fraud. Do not order from them. You've been warned.
