I ordered a Be Kind necklace for a close family friend. I initially planned on giving it to her for her mid-year graduation ceremony. However, shipping was slow, so I purchased something else, with the intention of giving it to her when it arrived. It arrived two days ago. The chain on the necklace is so tangled that I haven't even taken it out of the box. If I can get it untangled, the fact remains that I would be embarrassed to give this to anyone, considering the condition it was in upon opening the box. DO NOT order from this company. Adorable concept, but poor customer service. Actually, no customer service. I received no communication whatsoever in regards to my purchase. Total waste.
