Necklace never arrived. According to their online tracking, it would deliver in 3 weeks after ordering (3 weeks!). They are based in the UK and they ship as slowly as possible. Checked the mailbox when it should have delivered and...nothing. We've never had an issue with thieves so figured maybe a neighbor got it accidently and would bring it by. Still nothing. They refused a refund and made tons of excuses. Total scam. I've never had this issue with a non-delivery before; I'm flabbergasted.
