My Service Dog and I have been Ollie Customers for many years. We’ve always been able to count on them for quality and consistency in their portioned dog food meals. The food smells and looks like what I would expect from that chub’s ingredient list. And my dog absolutely loves it. He looks forward to each meal time, when I pull the Ollie Orange and White container out of the fridge. TWICE the wonderful folks at Ollie have come through for us in superlative fashion.- One shipment, several years ago, showed up where half or more of the frozen chubs arrived with splits in the plastic wrappers. I called to note this for future shipments, and they completely replaced the entire order for us. No hesitation. - Today, I called them because I had very recently moved and forgot to change my address with Ollie before my latest monthly shipment was already on the way. The rep on the phone was polite and tried her best to reroute my order to my new residence. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to catch it in time. So, she did the next best thing. “As long time customers, we’re going to replace your order and ship this one to your new address. Can you have anyone pick that up and save it for you?” Again, no hesitation to take care of their customers.
