Let me start by saying how impressed I was with the packaging of my order. It arrived in perfect condition right when they said it would. Each individual package of food was well sealed and frozen solid. I ordered Ollie for our very old, very picky chihuahua boy, but unfortunately he didn’t care for it. Ollie was so wonderful and told me I could donate the rest to our local shelter and get a refund. What an amazing company to have such a compassionate policy. Every person I spoke with was genuinely friendly and very helpful. It could not have gone more smoothly or been easier. Give Ollie a try.
