I applied for an Ollo Mastercard based on a promotional offer that clearly stated no annual fee, 0% interest for 12 months, and the option to do a balance transfer, along with a $3,000 starting credit limit. The only part of that offer that was honored was the credit limit. None of the other advertised benefits were applied to my account.When I called customer service to resolve the issue, I was told they couldn’t find the offer attached to my application and that I would need to provide proof. That’s completely unreasonable—nowhere during the application process was it stated that I needed to screenshot or save the offer just in case there was a discrepancy. It feels misleading and unprofessional to advertise terms that are not honored and then place the burden on the customer to prove it.This experience has left a bad impression. Transparency and accountability matter, and unfortunately, this company fell short. Because of this, they will not be getting my business.
