I had OLLO a few years back with no problems that I recall. It then became an ALLY card a year or two ago, with no problems except for the app being confusing for Auto Pay. Now Merrick Bank has bought (back?) ALLY and issued OLLO cards. Just received mine today (3/28/26). Be aware of an issue activating it though. If you scan the QR code and go to the site, the activation process doesn't recognize the new expiration date on the card as being valid, so you need to call the number. Since I'd already set up the OLLO app that went fast and smooth but it shouldn't be necessary. Hopefully it will be fixed. 2. Much more important to me at least and much more negative is with their Autopay system. The only positive is that they make it clear that with their Autopay, you have ONLY two choices, pay the minimum due, or the full statement balance. This is the only card (and at 70, I've seen a bunch) that doesn't provide a 3rd Autopay option, either your minimum plus $XXX of your choice, or a blank to fill in the payment amount of your choice. For me at least, that limitation makes their Autopay system worthless. It makes no sense at all not to offer that option. It's the only non-autopay payment I have which is really irritating.
