IF you had a -0 - I would rate you at -1000% your payment system is antiquated and I know why it is set up this way - to ensure you can CHARGE ADDITIONAL upon INTEREST since the CHECK PAYMENT takes anywhere between 7-12 BUSINESS days to go thru . . . this is an OLD trick that disreputable companies used to use prior to Credit Card REFORM in the 1990s but apparently Merrick is a GOP sponsored company and can now go back to these disreputable processes. While on the line to speak with someone in Management I was told that it could take up to THREE DAYS for anyone to get back to me about my complaint. Not only a disreputable company but a VERY UNFRIENDLY customer service company who does not need my business! I will cancel my account and YOU can SUCK it . . . I have also make it clear on FB and other social media what type of customer service you provide and the fact that you are unscrupulous in your payment tactics!
