I called to figure out why my bill had doubled and found that I received a late fee, which was 100% my fault. I told the lady on the phone that makes sense. She was nice enough to take it off. My next bill was $48 because they way they do it is they put the $27 late fee into your account, and still charge it. Weird, but okay, I paid it before it was due. Eight days later, they charged me $75 after that took out. WHY? Where did $75 come from? I called today and was given no answer aside from the fee being given back to me. But that doesn't make sense in regards to the new $75 charge.$27 doubled is not $75. Make it make sense. The guy couldn't even tell me what my minimum payment is going forward and I have to wait 10 days to get my $48 back. Going from a $27 a month credit card to a $75 a month credit card when I have used less than half the available funds is CRAZY.
