If i could rate 0 I would. This is a SCAM site. I have thoroughly looked into this and the other reviews on here are fake (from themselves- Ollunu), barring the lady who has stated about her parcel not arriving either. I have had the same issue. Only when I told them I am reporting them did they respond and say the shipment is running late due to increase in demand and said I should have it within a couple of days, and if not, then to contact them again. I did juat that and then they stated was refunding me, still no refund, and the parcel still states dispatched, but no further tracking process. I have contacted them again to see whether I was receiving a refund as a good will gesture and receiving the items and I have had no response whatsoever. The person I seem to always speak to was called ALEXANDER!!
