Initially, they were eager to take on our project, but after a couple of years, issues began to arise. They were supposed to call me back to schedule follow-up work, but that did not happen. After waiting a week, I had to reach out to them. The work site was left messy with dirt and debris on my walkway, and my gas line was stressed due to improper lifting. They have come out three times but still haven't finished the job. I expected better from a company with such a long history.
