Complete snake oil ridiculous scam and I am embarrassed I fell for it. Originally advertised as a ‘smart’ ring (it is not) and its claim to miraculously help me sleep/lose weight/reduce my meno belly/reduce stress from 4 teeny tiny magnets that are so week it can’t even stay on my fridge door is quite silly!Some people say they have felt benefits… I say that’s the famous ‘power of suggestion’ or placebo effect. Def. NOT worth the money.
