Overall, our experience with Oly was adequate, though not without its frustrations. Our main contact, Kat Walker, was lovely and did a great job of explaining the novated lease process at the start.Unfortunately, the process that followed encountered several bumps. The handover of our vehicle was significantly delayed due to an internal IT issue at Oly, which was quite frustrating. We also found that communication could be challenging; our company's finance team had difficulty getting timely responses, and I occasionally had to follow up on progress.While we got there in the end, the journey felt more difficult than it needed to be. Furthermore, the after-care has been non-existent. A simple follow-up call after the handover to see if everything went smoothly or if we had questions would have made a significant difference. The core service was delivered, but the overall experience lacked the smooth execution and proactive support we had hoped for.
