We were going to just email the company, but there is not one to send it to. I debated about sending this email, but feel compelled to let you know you lost a sale. We received a call from Ben stating he had a 30x38 building that was ordered by someone that then changed their mind. (wow...just read same review below) He was offering it at "cost" for $13,500. He asked for $4500 down to hold it. We explained to him we have to close on our home sale next week and could not do so until then. He called again changing the down payment to $1000, $500 to $100. We AGAIN tried to explain but couldn't get a word in. This guy would NOT listen!We got a bad feeling like this was a scam. We asked for a picture of what the building looked like. I am not kidding....he actually had us draw a square with a square in the middle and said that's what it looked like! Unbelievable! With all this said, I really think he needs some training on customer service skills. We have since found another building exactly what we wanted for $2k less.
