We had been on holiday in Alykes for three weeks and our return flight on Sunday 28/9/25 which was cancelled due to bad weather. We had been contacted by the Olympic rep Amanda to advise us that there were delays at the airport earlier in the day.They were not letting people into the airport and we had to wait outside in torrential rain. Amanda asked me to let her know when we arrived at the airport so she could help us due to my husband needing assistance which I did and she sent her colleague Neil to come and help us. He found us a seat, got my husband water and then found a wheelchair and got us into the airport. Amanda and Neil were exceptional in their care and concern for us and did a fantastic job for everyone in those awful circumstances. Amanda met us at the airport the following day and again assisted us through all the difficulties at the airport. Fantastic caring employees.
