As mentioned earlier, one trade from the relevant trading session (Deal ID 3910804743) was already reviewed by your team and refunded on 27 November 2025, which confirmed that an execution irregularity occurred during that period.
Because this issue was confirmed through the refunded trade, I carefully reviewed other trades executed during the same session under similar market conditions. I documented comparable examples, including XAG/USD short-expiry trades, trade comparisons, and mini-chart video recordings, and submitted them through the official support channels.
Since the platform has already confirmed an irregularity in one trade from that session, it would be reasonable to ensure that the comparable trades from the same trading period are evaluated under the same criteria.
This case has been ongoing since 24 November 2025, and throughout this process there have unfortunately been several instances where the case appeared to be closed, then reopened for review, and then closed again, which created understandable confusion regarding the actual status of the dispute.
I appreciate your willingness to take another careful look at the case and to provide a more consistent and coordinated response.
My intention has always been to resolve this matter constructively and transparently. I remain fully willing to cooperate with your team and provide any additional trade IDs, documentation, or evidence required for the reassessment.
