I had a very disappointing experience with Olymp Trade regarding a deposit issue.
On 2 April 2026, I made a deposit of INR 5,000 . The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it was never credited to my trading account.
Initially, the status showed “Pending,” then later it was changed to “Cancelled.” Despite this, I have not received any refund or proper resolution.
I contacted support multiple times over several days. Each time, I received generic and repetitive responses like “please wait,” “our team is working on it,” or “you will be notified soon.” However, no clear timeline, no refund confirmation, and no actual solution has been provided.
This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when it involves users’ money. There is a lack of transparency and accountability from their side.
I strongly advise others to be cautious while using this platform
I hope the company takes this seriously and resolves my issue as soon as possible.
