I am writing to formally request an update regarding my blocked account (User ID: 105767899).
Approximately six months ago, I deposited INR 50,000 into my account. After successful trading, my balance increased to INR 80,000. I withdrew INR 50,000, which was successfully credited to my bank account within 30 minutes.
However, when I attempted to withdraw the remaining INR 30,000, I received a message stating that my account had been blocked. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and have consistently been informed that my account is “under investigation.”
It has now been six months, and I have not received any clear explanation or resolution. I would like to clearly state that I have not violated any rules or engaged in any wrongful activity.
I respectfully request:
A clear explanation for the account block
A definite timeline for the completion of the investigation
Immediate unblocking of my account or release of my remaining funds
Waiting for six months without a proper response is extremely concerning. I kindly ask you to treat this matter as urgent and resolve it as soon as possible.
