I have funds stuck in my Olymp Trade account because my account was suspended. I am trying to complete the payment verification process, but their system keeps failing my documents.
The problem: I deposited via UPI which was funded by my Credit Card. My credit card statement isn't generated yet, but I have provided:
1. Screenshots from my UPI app showing the transaction ID and recipient.
2. Screenshots from my credit card app showing the "unbilled" transaction.
The verification keeps failing. I cannot log in to my account to get the deposit history because the account is SUSPENDED.
I need a human being to look at my case and release my money. Please help me resolve this urgently.
