Very easy to log into the site (even though I haven't used it for a while). Found the house I was interested in (think there was only one live) and started the ticket buying process. Again this was very easy, but only frustration (hence dropping a star) was the pop-ups that tried to up sell more tickets. Just have all the options to see and trust people to pick what they want!!
