I have been paying £25 a month for absolutely nothing. There's been no message to inform me, "Hey, your subscription has been renewed, here are your ticket numbers, good luck in the draw!". I receive nothing in return—no feedback, no interaction, not even a notification about the draw winners or when they occur. I might as well just set fire to the money; at least that would provide some warmth!
