The company promoted a streaming device on YouTube with promises of free access to premium applications like Netflix and HBO, without any subscriptions. The product does none of that and is difficult to load any programs typically available on a smart TV or streaming device. When I requested a refund, they required me to return it to China, which costs over $60, and advised marking the value as less than five dollars to avoid customs issues. They are a complete scam, and I hope others avoid their misleading advertisements. It's hard to believe that payment services partner with such companies!
