I am writing to share my profound disappointment. I won 500 AED back in October, and as of late December, the prize money is still not in my account. I have followed all the required steps, yet the payout remains unresolved. It's frustrating to see a platform collect participation fees immediately while delaying winnings for months. My advice to others: Be cautious before buying a ticket. I will not be participating again and strongly recommend others hold off until they prove they actually honor their payouts. I will update this review only if I finally receive the money. Until then, consider this a warning.
