I have won AED5,000 and requested to withdraw AED4,800 since September 2023. I have been constantly following up with them. They provide a standard answer: " I want to assure you that our Finance Team is actively processing them in batches to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Your patience is greatly appreciated, and we are committed to delivering your winnings promptly."This is totally unacceptable because they are not honoring the promises. It is greatly disappointed. I have sent my request to winners at omillionaire.com since September 2023; until today, there has been no news about the transfer. This is why I am greatly disappointed and have no choice but to write on this page. I hope you understand my frustration. Thank you.
