I requested to withdraw my winning amount of AED 500 on 13th September 2024 and waited for 45 days as told by them. I enquired about the status of my credit on 1st November and got the below reply from their whatsapp number +971521908386 stating "You initiated the withdrawal on *September 13, 2024* . As mentioned earlier, it typically takes 30 to 45 working days to process. We have attached a calendar for your reference. You can expect to receive your winnings by *November 15, 2024.* Thank you for your understanding. 🙏" but till now as on 21st November 2024 the money is not credited. When enquired again i got the following respone "We apologize for the inconvenience caused due to a technical glitch that resulted in a loss of history.Could you kindly share your O! Millionaire User ID so we can check your details and assist you further?" And i had to share the screenshot of previous chat i had with them and today i received the following irresponsible response "Apologies, but there are currently no updates available. Thank you for your ongoing support and understanding. 🙏"I have never experienced this kind of poor service before. I company like this is not able to pay AED 500 even after 2 months, imaging what would have happened if i would have won 100 million, i would have to wait for 100 lives.They have lost my trust and would not recommend it to anyone till they pay my winning amount with additonal compensation due to delay at their end and till they improve their winning amount payment policy.
