I am expressing my deep frustration. I won 500 AED back in October, and as of late December, the prize money has yet to be credited to my account. Despite following all required procedures, the payout is still pending. It’s disheartening to see a platform quickly take participation fees while delaying winnings for months. My suggestion to others: Exercise caution before purchasing a ticket. I will not participate again and strongly advise others to wait until they demonstrate that they honor their payouts. I will update this review only if I finally receive the money. Until then, consider this a warning.
