As a result, I was charged USD 99 for a service I was no longer using.Customer support simply refers to their policy and refuses to issue a refund, offering only account credit, which is not useful if you do not plan to continue using the service.What is especially concerning is that there is no option on the platform to remove a saved credit card, leaving users without proper control over their payment methods and exposed to potential future charges.I recommend being very cautious with billing and payment settings before trying this service.
