I bought the 32kg adjustable kettlebell. I live in Australia, but my family are all in the UK, so I planned to have it shipped to my parents’ house in advance of a visit I was planning. Emil provided fantastic customer service, with very prompt communication answering all my questions, and shipped the kettlebell very quickly, very well packaged. I’m now in the UK and have been training with the kettlebell a lot. It’s a very solid, well-built piece of kit. The weight adjustment process is quick and easy. The kettlebell feels amazing. I’ve been using a range of weights, and it feels perfect for every exercise. The seam between the two halves is very smooth, there’s no rattling anywhere, and it feels really well-balanced in any position. The handle is also very comfortable.I love this kettlebell. There’s nothing available in Australia that compares, and I doubt there’s as good an adjustable kettlebell anywhere. I now have the challenge of getting it back to Australia in my luggage, but I’m pretty confident about that.Thank you very much Emil, for a great product and outstanding customer service!
