I would not recommend this ring to anybody. It struggles with the connection to my phone everyday. It says that the battery is emty or the ring is out of range - even if it is full powered up and having the ring on my finger texting my phone. When it suddenly do have the connection, it takes long time to see my updated sleep and so on.So in my opinion it is a waste of money.
