Please be cautious about providing your bank details to this site, as it appears to be a scam. I subscribed on 17 November, with a renewal date set for 17 December. I cancelled my subscription on 1 December, yet I was charged on 5 December. When I reached out for clarification, I was told the charge was processed before my cancellation, which is not accurate. The support team stopped responding when I pressed for a straightforward answer. Now, I have to dispute this charge with my bank, block their access, and change my bank details, which is very inconvenient. I will also be reporting them for fraud. If you encounter a similar situation, please report it, as this is not how a business should operate. It seems like the individual behind this may not be acting in good faith.
