I worked with Lucas more then once. I had white tantra sessions and TRE-Workshops and I love it.Lucas has a soft and respectful manner. I always fell save when I work with him. The first times I visited his TRE-workshop I cried so deeply and could let go of old wounds from my childhood. He sees you and your space and how much you can carry for the day, if its ok to de-armour your body or if its already enough. Now I practice on my own back home, but still love to practice with him in a group. I would always recommend to experience yourself with him.
