I met Lucas in Munich. There, I had the fortune to experience him in many sessions, both in small groups ("Tantra im Wohnzimmer") and in large groups, as well as in one-on-one personal sessions. Many skilled Tantra teachers have guided and enriched me on my journey. Nevertheless, Lucas stands out with both his personality and his competences and skills. He knows how to create a space of trust with participants exceptionally quickly. Compared to other body-focused emotional release techniques, I find T.R.E. quite fascinating, as it is so smart in rebuilding natural processes. Overall, I much value Lucas’ broad, holistic understanding of Tantra, which supports participants with all kinds of motivations on their path - be it self-discovery, personal development, healing, and much more.
