**Review of Omada Bolton Dealership**I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Omada Bolton dealership. After purchasing a vehicle that turned out to be faulty, I've faced ongoing issues that have not been resolved despite multiple visits from their team. Initially, they came to my house twice, suggesting that the problem might be related to the charger. However, it became clear that the fault lies within the vehicle itself.Under the Consumer Rights Act, I’m entitled to return the vehicle, especially since I logged my complaint within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, the dealership has been uncooperative in this matter. I reached out to the manager, Gary, at the Bolton branch, but my interaction with him was nothing short of frustrating. He was rude, abrupt, and aggressive, which only added to my distress.I’ve also contacted the finance company, as I know my rights and am waiting for a response from them. The entire situation has caused significant inconvenience and stress in my life. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Omada Bolton dealership to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle or customer service.
