My husband’s 6 month old Jaecoo has just been returned. From day one his experience has been nothing short of appalling. His vehicle was beset with soft wear issues that Jaecoo knew about but had no resolutions for, including not being able to listen to the radio amongst many more glitches.He wrote to Jaecoo numerous times as the dealership was getting nowhere and they ignored every single email.We got in touch with the finance company and they kindly intervened out his behalf. To cut a long story short, they got nowhere as well and gave him the option to terminate the contract, with no penalties, which he did and the car was picked up and returned. This is unusual but very much appreciated. Whilst the vehicle maybe cheap, it’s worked out more expensive. A new car with a fresh deposit has had to be found as he only will receive a partial refund back.Stay clear of the Jaecoo as in his opinion and experience it’s not fit for purpose until they can sort out the softwear problems, and the customer service is none existent. They just ignore you.
