Placed an order for a travel set and gave it two weeks to arrive in time for my holiday. There were no updates on dispatch dates despite the website stating 4-6 days from order date. I contacted the company a few times to get an update on dispatch date and had no response. I emailed them to cancel the order since it would not arrive on time, no response but they dispatched the order on the same day, it says dispatched but there is no movement on tracking info. The expected delivery date is while I am on holiday and have no longer need for the the set. I order online a lot and had better customer service even from a one person company on Etsy. The lack of basic customer service and the arrogance of dispatching the order after I requested a cancellation put me off from buying Omorovicza products again.
