I like their product but unfortunately their service is terrible. I bought two scalp masks, was sent two completely different items instead. I had to send the items back. By then what I had ordered was no longer in stock. They refunded me for one of the items. Good thing I checked my bank account and I noticed I didn’t receive my full refund. When I wrote to them to let them know (a few days later), they blamed it on their system and said the other half would be credited in a few days. If they had made a mistake I prefer they admit that. If this was really the case they should have let me know when they sent half the payment that I should be expect the other half in another week. It’s a little suspicious, really. If I hadn’t noticed I’d only been credited back half the amount and I hadn’t let them know, would I have ever gotten the other half? I’m not sure. All this effort to just get my money back and nothing that I’d originally ordered. What a waste of time to order from them.
