Do not buy directly from Omorovicza online, you are actually buying from a third party and the customer service is appalling. It took 20 days for my item to be sent out after payment was taken. Before it was sent the same item went on offer online, which Omorovicza emailed me about. I contacted them asking if they could honour the offer as my item had been so delayed, they sent it later that same day at the price I’d paid three weeks before. It arrived soiled and damaged, without some of the samples advertised. After a week of frustrating back and forth emails with customer services, they have finally suggested that I send the item back and they’ll issue a refund 3-5 days after it has been processed. They have sent a return label for My Protein, not Omorovicza. So, after 5 weeks I’ll have a lot of messing around, no product and my money back if I’m lucky. At no point have they apologised.
