I took the NMLS education course with OnCourse Learning and would not recommend it. The user interface is outdated and difficult to navigate. There’s no live agent available, calls go unanswered, and email responses are automated and unhelpful.The course content is repetitive, and the practice tests don’t explain why answers are correct or incorrect, which limits their usefulness.The biggest issue is the conflicting information about course deadlines. Their site lists both 11:59 p.m. and 6:29 p.m. as cutoff times with no clear explanation. I completed my final class, but because of state requirements for time spent, I can’t finish the course until the system lets me move forward. I’ve tried to get clarity, but haven’t received a real response.If the deadline is 11:59, I can complete the course. If it’s 6:29, I may have to start over entirely. Given the lack of support and the cost of the course, that’s unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking at other providers.
