I booked a vehicle for a specific time, but it arrived several hours late. There's a significant deficiency in their reliability, compounded by misinformation in their communication. Additionally, the vehicles they offer are often in poor condition, missing essential fluids like AdBlue. If you choose to cover repair costs yourself, they will not reimburse you and will provide excuses to avoid repayment. I cannot recommend this service due to their subpar performance.
