I speak from my heart when I say this experience was unforgettable. From the first communication before we traveled, everything was organized with care and professionalism. We were given clear instructions about our airport arrival, how to find the driver, and what to expect. It made me feel calm and safe.When we landed, everything was exactly as they had promised. The driver greeted us warmly and took us comfortably to the clinic and then to our hotel. When it was time to leave, they arranged our return to the airport perfectly. Every part of our journey was handled with care.At the clinic, we were welcomed like family. I would like to thank Dr. Tom Edwards and Dr. Sam for their excellent work and kindness. They were patient, professional, and truly caring. A very special thank you to Egemen, our translator, who stayed by our side and helped us with everything. He made communication so easy and comforting.I also remember the lovely gentleman with the long hair at the clinic who shared jokes with us and made us smile during our appointments. Those moments made the experience even more beautiful.To the all doctors, nurses, assistants, and staff members whose names I unfortunately cannot remember — please forgive me. You were all amazing. And to the wonderful lady owner of the clinic — even though I cannot recall her name, I will always remember her warmth and the time she spent greeting us personally. That meant so much to us.The quality of the dental treatment was outstanding, but even more impressive was the quality of the people. Their hearts, their hospitality, their kindness — it was something rare and beautiful.We are so thankful for each and every one of you. Even if we cannot mention all the names, please know that we greet you from far away with gratitude and appreciation.
