I recently had surgery with One Clinic and overall my experience has been positive. From the initial consultation through to post-operative care, the team were supportive and professional.The coordinator was responsive before I travelled and answered most of my questions clearly, which helped ease a lot of anxiety. The hospital itself was clean and well organized. Most importantly, I am very happy with my result so far. One area that could be improved is communication on the ward. While the nurses were kind and attentive, there was sometimes a language barrier which made it slightly difficult to communicate certain concerns or ask detailed questions comfortably. It would be helpful if there were more consistent English-speaking support available for international patients.That said, the overall care was good and I felt looked after during my stay. Post-operative follow-up has been reassuring, and I appreciate the support provided during recovery.Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend the clinic, particularly for the professionalism of the surgical team.
