I purchased a Lifetime Premium subscription based on the promise of 24×7 support. However, after completing the payment, my subscription was never activated.I am currently unable to:Access the learning portalLog in or start learning via the Android appI have sent multiple emails (2–3 times) to customer support regarding activation and access issues, but no response has been received, even after 10–12 hours.The payment amount (520 SAR) is currently on hold / uncleared in my bank account, but no service has been delivered so far. This lack of communication and failure to activate the subscription is very concerning and does not match what was advertised.I am now forced to contact my bank to dispute the transaction due to non-delivery of service.I hope the company responds and resolves this issue promptly, but based on my experience so far, I would advise others to be cautious.
