Purchased a remote via pcworld.co.uk I checked the website which said it was fully compatible with the device - the product was advertised with full support too; once received the device was a mess, rattling, losing it's memory, hard to programme. I contacted support and received a response 3 days later stating that the functionality wasn't available - so how is it fully compatible?? Customer service absolutely abysmal, will be contacting the retailer to have the product returned. What a waste of time and money - oh and the remote didn't even come with it's own set of batteries of which is required 4!!
