This product is supposedly '100% compatible - guaranteed to work with all TVs'When the remote wouldn't work with my nan's TV I contacted customer services to be told that the remote would need sending back to be upgraded. Two weeks later I'm still waiting for instructions how to do this from One For All. Meanwhile my Nan, who lives in residential care, cannot use her TV.Rubbish customer service.
