Never known a company as impractical as this one. Had a shed delivered that had faulty panels on the door and on the front of the shed. Clear evidence was sent by myself and the delivery driver. After numerous emails, this so called “customer service” refused to collect and replace, instead they only sent individual panels for me to cut to size and replace! How on earth do they think they can treat their customers like this is beyond me! I have never known to pay full price for a item which turned out to be faulty and then on top of that to be told to fix it myself! This was all at an extra expense which they were not prepared to pay for, so I ended up paying out an extra £30 more to cut and fix 4 boards! Disgusted and dissatisfied with the way this was handled. Definitely would not touch this company again!
