The ordering process was fine and this was the only website I could find that had a log store the size and design that I was looking for. The price was reasonable and delivery was fine. Assembly was more of a challenge as holes were not pre-drilled or marked out. The diagrams could have done with a tad more detail. As a result, assembly took longer than expected. The log store was delivered to my property next to the pavement in heavy packs that had to be unpacked in order to relocate them awaiting an opportunity for assembly. I managed to dispose of the large pallet on our local Facebook page so it was nice that it would be repurposed!Overall I am pleased with the service and product but the shortcomings on the product as mentioned above above cost 1 star.
